Telesure Investment holdings

Made a claim through tiger wheel and tire. Only to get an email from this insurance company telling me I should send them pictures of the evaluation. How do you ask for pictures that were sent to you? To add to that, my case was closed. This company is a cheap skate and a ****. Useless. Was told I'd get a call before 17:00 and they didn't call. Today is Saturday and their offices are closed.
