I must say that despite my efforts to communicate or get a hold of Enid Mapson /Third Party Administrator Uninsured via telephone or email was unsuccessful. I have submitted all the required documents on the 22nd of February 2021 for our claim to be processed. I was told it will take 3 to 7 working days to pay the claim and till this day no payment.

I signed the settlement offer, sent via email on the 8th day of February 2021

I also sent a bank statement to Enid on the 22nd day of February 2021 and Enid acknowledged receipt of the outstanding document "Good day Document received and send to system thanks. Regards"

I spoke to their manager and promised to investigate and call me before and of business today. I am the one that's calling and no effort from their side to update us as their clients victim.

I am not waiting for another 3 to 7 working days for what is due to is, this must be solved speedily
