Telesure Group Services (Pty) Ltd **********ly added itself to my credit bureau yet I’ve even heard of the company

This company is appearing on my credit bureau report and is negatively affecting my credit score and essentially made me miss out on Covid-19 relief due to the drop in my credit score. I have never done business with this company and have no idea who they are. My personal score is linked to my business and now there a high possibility my business can shut down as those funds were meant to keep it afloat. Someone please help me sort this out and also please advice me is I have legal precedent to start a civil suit cause if this tanks my business surely I had a right to sue them for loss of earning and also for emotional turmoil as my source of income will be lost essentially due to them costing me the loan.
