TELESURE GROUP SERVICES (PTY) LTD Credit score clearance

Good Day

I have TELESURE GROUP SERVICES (PTY) LTD listed in my credit profile without my knowledge, upon my investigation I was informed it was because I am doing business with Budget insurance. I have a month to month car insurance with Budget which I have never missed any payment not even once.

The Lady that assisted me sent me a letter via email and referred me to credit bureau. when I communicated with them they said I will have to pay 3K plus to have my name removed and I do not have such money to pay because of the company's negligent. Why was this added into my clear score recording in the first place? Is this the was these company's **** us as consumers?

Please help me resolve this issue and clear my name.
