Telesure Group Services appear on my credit report without my knowledge of it.

Good day, I have a TELESURE GROUP SERVICES (PTY) LTD listed in my credit profile and I don't understand why it is there. I had took a vehicle insurance in October 2020 and cancelled in less than 3 months with Auto & General. I recently inquired with them and they sent me a letter via email, stating that they do not list month to month clients on their ITS, yet the premium listed there, is the same premium I used to pay for the insurance. Can I please get clarity on this Telesure reflecting on my credit record and get it removed please.
