Telesure and Dail Direct reaping us off

I got involved in a car accident where I was bumped too but a truck around February this year the driver admitted that he was at fault and that his insurance will fix the car I payed for access and Dail Direct fixed my car and handed over to Telesure for claims to be made on the third party insure so that I can get back the access I paid but till today October I still didn't get back the R8000 I paid when I call at telesure they play hide and seek games with me that the consultant who was handling my case resigned they assigned a new who will update me even today I'm so ****ed with both Dail Direct and Telesure
