Telesure acted negligent in terms of the National Credit Act!

Please can we be advised why these policies were never closed at the Credit Bureaus. These accounts were cancelled many moons ago, but is still reflecting on our credit reports as open – this is in strict contrast to the NCR rules, and we are including the Ombudsman in our communication to your offices, as this is negligence on the part of Telesure
