Telesure holding and auto a general . It's simply a **** . We pay premiums so our car can be protected in case of accident. I would never advise any1 to join them . Because they hav poor service . You hav to struggle for feed back . After auto and general declined my claim. Later they offered Mr a low ball offer and want to write My car off but they dnt wnt to cover it fully to its retail value wich that I ws my isurance with them wich is business cover under retail value wich means value of the car we you buy it. On top of that I even took my time to look for registerd panel beater who can fix my car gor less amount wich would've have saved them money cause I jst wnt my car fixed. And they refused because they say they not reputable means they know them 🙄. Not in their circle or white monopoly. . The lady Natasha tried to trick me n said I get 147k out 200k . But my retail value is 400 k. . It's sad that I've been reading review since yesterday about this insure and I notice we are all complaining about the same thing about Telesure and auto and general no service. Mistreatment of clients and unfairness regarding our claims. That u won't advise my family or friends to join this insurance period
