Team not Reliable and they take no accountability for their incompetence

I have been struggling to get correspondence from the team regarding a Judgement has been placed on my name with affects my credit extremely bad because someone in their team didn't do their work. The company doesn't bother to respond to my emails no one even bothers to give me a call to inform me of the status of the process. I feel as though I am not being fairly treated as a consumer I will soon have to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman as this matter has been hanging for months now
