Syndicate within Budget insurance

On the 5th December 2019 I had an accident in Naturena. Budget Insurance advised me that their closest storage is Krugersdorp however they towed my vehicle to Ormonde on the streets for about three days using 1st Help Towing. When I asked them. They kept on saying my vehicle is at the agreed storage which it was not. Budget insurance seem to have a syndicate of *****ing clients vehicle especially the ones without tracking devices. Till today they can't answer me as to their intentions of taking my vehicle to the streets and then lie or mislead me that my vehicle was at the agreed storage whereas it was not. They also drove my vehicle around perhaps to test if it was strong and a result they were resultant damages which are evident on the towing slip markings. I would like anyone who has lost their vehicle via with Telesure Group specifically budget insurance to come worth. We have started a media campaign to have this syndicate investigated and exposure as I would like to believe that if my vehicle didn't have tracker then it would have been ****** by the insurance itself or their towing partner 1st help. I have recordings and all evidence needed yet budget refused to give me an explanation for their actions including denying to share the accident day recording and the accident report.
