Awesome service from your consultant Charlotte Maja, she actually did her level best to explain in details of how we as customers are oblivious about certain contracts that we embark on. For example, i joined prime-meridian last year not knowing that i was not comprehensively covered and of which consequently impacted on my reputation as client negatively.
