Super ****ed!!!
2nd complain just as many weeks. Both Kagiso and Dorothy Smith promised to get back to me last Tuesday with feedback on my claim and yet again I wait. Even sent follow up email to Kagiso from 3rd Party Claims, no response. I swear customer service is really dropping in this country and folks that have precious jobs don’t appreciate it.
