STILL WAITING FOR DOCUMENTS

Two weeks ago Gretchen advised that she would trace the negligent driver who drove into my car. She said she would notify me once same was received. She did not notify me until I followed up with her this week. She informed me that a letter of demand had been sent to claim my excess. I requested a copy of the letter and this was on a few days back already and I am still waiting for it. She said my file was transferred to someone in recoveries, but no one has emailed me nor is Gretchen responding to my emails.
