Still not paid out

Its been weeks now, and we haven't been assisted in regards to the claim that i put through. My husbands car is still parked at home and my children are taking public transport to school. I dont know why it takes so long to make a decision and pay out what needs to be paid out. I am sure that the person who is the policy holder has already been paid when they are the one who bumped into us. WE are left with a broken car, Its not fair. the inspector came and inspected the car already 2 weeks ago How long will it take again to get feedback. I was told it takes 7 days for feedback. I need feedback ASAP.
