Still haven't received my ****** items, a month later

A month later, after I reported the ****** items which on my vehicle, still don't have my items or been given money to replace my items. Included is my manual and service books floor mats. How am I suppose to properly maintain my car without floor mats? And this is a new car. I strongly do not recommend this instituion.
