Stay away from telesure insurance

I am so disappointed the accident happened at braamfischer soweto 18/11/25, and my car was towed to telesure yard in maraisburg then the claim was approved on 20th, my car was taken to greenstone without my consent, how on earth can take a car from soweto and take it to east rand for repairs, I then told the consultant that they must look for repairer in roodepoort, now the repairer at greenstone doesn't wanna release my car, they are wasting my time, they delaying the repair, whoever who must pay the storage fee to greenstone repair must do so because I don't know how my vehicle ended up it greenstone eastrand. This delay is causing me stress and anxiety as I use my car on daily basis.
