I have dealt with various sections of the AA Insurance after a recent accident my wife had in her car and all I can say is that it is a pity that there are not more \ Natasha Dial's"in the group. Unlike the 'dedicated repair agent' who never once came back to us whilst the car was in the panel beater and even after 2 weeks of getting the car back I called and asked where the car is and her reply - still awaiting spares!!!!<br> Natasha on the other hand was handed our legal claim against the other driver and all I can say that she was on top of the ball all the time.
