service level out of this world
Zama was dealing with my claim following an accident that i had with my motorcycle. She was professional and showed empathy throughout, even when i was extremely temperamental. Zama took charge of the whole situation and everything was sorted out within 2 weeks.<br> Well done Zama, your service delivery is excellent.
