Service exceptional

<p>On the 2nd August night they broke in my place and I was the most traumatic experience as they stole my valuable items from technical devices to clothes it was a mess and i remembered im insured and opened a case and called the same morning and they took my details and advised me the steps which will follow. They were now and the keeping me informed, 2weeks later they advised me how they will pay - out and i wasnt impressed because hey why under pay me why i have never claimed over 2years . I send an email to customer service and a gentleman by the name of Loise Fortuin was my superman in my case , when i send an email he will respond immediately, he will make sure he gets answers and sort it out right on the spot. Like WOW i didnt think such service still exists more especially in insurance companies . He is the only 1 man who made me stay with Telesure/A&G its not about the money he understand what it takes to retain a client and for that I have advised all my friends and when I talk about my insurance i'm proud and I am not leaving them I feel insured and safe.
