Telesure appointed Deon Pretorious to handle a claim for me. Deon provided me with a level of customer experience that far exceeded any other I have received from service providers. Throughout the claim process from start to finish he kept me informed as to the progress, he was courteous, polite,concerned, and extremely professional in all he did. I can only compliment Telesure in their appointment of a true caring individual. He has restored my faith in service expectations .
