SECOND COMPLAINT WITH BUDGET IN 2024 - Telesure Investment Holdings :(
Four months it has taken to recover my excess with the third party, The recovery agent who was recovering the access quit the company and I was not informed. I was only informed after I called querying the status of the claim.
My experience with Budget is they are very reactive not proactive at all in helping their customers but when they want to sell you "Value Added Services" they are very persistent and polite.
I just spoke to ANOTHER agent who who is giving my yet another story.
I cant believe this is my second complaint for 2024!
