I am waiting for Telesure to get back to me it has been a year the accident happened 1 July 2014 that I waited for the blood works and it came the 1st of July 2015 the investigating officer came back to me and Bradley Draai that works at Telesure he got the documentation only got them the week of the 21 July 2015 and I am still awaiting answer I was patient for a year. Were my vehicle is standing I am paying monthly storage fees and had to pay again this month and I wonder who is going to pay me that money and I am paying my car monthly. I had to refer to another insurance to ask them what happening and I emailed the ombudsman as well and I keep on getting the same answer even from Outsurance.

We confirm that our Internal Dispute Resolution department have discussed the outcome of the claim with you on a previous occasion however; you have informed us that more information pertaining to the incident came to light. The information provided to us was not yet confirmed and until such time that we can confirm the additional/new information we have no option but to remain with the decision on the claim.
