Still no Joy from my Insurer!

On mentioning Hellopeter to Wilropark Motors, they then released my Vehicle posthaste, to which I had to get a Tow Truck for, the Insurance called to offer me a refund, to date, I still don't hath not received the refund from them, Shameera from Dispute Resolution Department, called to request quotations for various items, still no response to my emails on quotations sent nor my calls. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM 1ST FOR WOMEN.
