Refund

i called in to cancel a cellphone policy that was supposed to have been cancelled when my claimed was settled about 2 years ago, i got thru to a lady on the 18 Feb 2015 who helped cancel the policy and confirmed that she will send a request for a refund.<br> <br> i called in this morning to follow up but i was advised that \my claim was rejected"(i figure this was because the lady that cancelled my policy used an incorrect cancellation reason) and no request for a refund was requested.<br> <br> it's shocking that non of the people i spoke to had access to see that i claimed on that item"""
