Reflection of Telesure on my credit score

My understanding of this company is that they are insurance company. To my surprise they reflect on my credit score that I owe them. I did contact them and inform them about this matter. They told me that they didn't send my name to the credit bureau because I did not pay they don't provide their services. I don't know how can I remove them from my credit score
