A lady whom is insured with 1st For Woman drove into my backside of my vehicle this was on the 26th February 2016. Telesure gave us an amount for R13k to pay out to us, we did not decline this offer or approve yet, we were told by Keneilwe Adams to get 2 or 3 other Panel beater quotes for them to re-asses the amount so we got 2 to mention a few cost running from R40k to R50k and these panel beaters all AA. So we cannot get any answers from the Manager Vikush Ganas or Keneilwe they pass the bucket all the time and were sitting with the damaged car. I would like to get a response from them seeing that we phoned the Assessor whom assessed my vehicle and he said that the Assesment was not completed and he's got a total of R14k on his computer but there is a lot of boxes not checked with no totals. So what is going on????
