Recovering excess
Neighbours car rolled into mine in front of my house in my parking and her insurance didn't want to pay as they said it wasn't her fault... Her insurance was unresponsive for 9 months until they found themselves with a legal matter. Decided to rather respond and settle the matter outside court and refunded us immediately. If it wasn't for Leonard's persistence I most properly wouldn't have received any settlement. His service was great!
