RE: 3rd Party Claim

In 20015 we had a student protest in the CBD Cape Town Area, one of the student run in to my vehicle and damage my car. I contacted BUGET and they refer me to TELESURE (Ms Miriam).<br> <br> Miriam from Telesure request all the information relating the incident in order to process the claim, witch I supp**** via email. she conformed she received my email but nothing was done. Today months later still no response...<br> <br> Contacted BUGET 23/01/2016, spent 40min by transferring me from department to department (Poor service) all they say is \I have no correspondents relating to your claim". but I have correspondents relating to my matter on EMAIL. I even have a Reference number. <br> <br> kindly Attend to this Matter URGENTLY"
