Quick resolution of my claim - well done Verna!
I would like to commend Verna Penn on the excellent and timely resolution to my Auto and General claim. My building was damaged by recent hail storm. Verna was very clear and concise in her feedback to me and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and easy for me to make a decision. Thanks for your excellent service Verna!
