poor service, rude consultants and threats thrown at me.
I received a call from them yesterday and I requested to do a payment arrangement and the consultant said I cannot . she was rude and disrespectful and said she would hand me over because she wouldn't allow me to make an arrangement. I am appalled at the service level and the blatant disregard for my situation.

12 Jun 2019, 10:52just received the call from Telesure and the lady was very kind and understanding. unfortunately not much came from it and as per the threats of the consultant yesterday I could be handed over to the lawyers already. oh well, Thank you for your prompt response.
