Poor Service!

I have submitted all documents for third claim as per requirement letter was told by Nobuhle Nala , she want stamped passport but since when you need stamped passport for third party claim worse it is not requirement from the list the send me. I have escalated to Belinda her manager ,she is not replying my email .
