Poor service

They inherited my dispute from First For Women to resolve it. They requested 15 working days to resolve the dispute. But now it has been 25 working days and they keep on making empty promises to get back to me. The lady helping me Tebogo is no longer taking my calls, when i call she is not available anymore. I sent emails but no response. This is really frustrating because it compromises the safety of my family. I will escalate to ombudsman they are my last hope.
