Poor insurance claim process

I purchased my brand new vehicle in November 2014 last year. On the 28 march 2015, my vehicle broke down just before Phumlani Plaza N1 North as I was travelling to Limpopo with a friend. I called Mazda roadside assistance and the vehicle was towed to a nearest dealership. The dealership started to troubleshoot the vehicle to check what is wrong, on the 14 April 2015, The dealership confirm with me that the common rail fuel system needs to be replaced as the fuel is contaminated and the warranty does not cover the cost. I lodged a claim through Nedbank Insurance which is part of Telesure group. my claim was captured, however I am struggling to get information regarding the status of my claim. I submitted all necessary information required however, I was promised that I will receive the outcome of my claim on 28/04/2015. That did not happen. I am really struggling as I do not have transport to go to work and I have missed several work meetings that may lead to a disciplinary action. I am not happy as client that i have to constantly manage Telesure employees and I am not getting any value for my money that I pay for insurance as a customer. Bad service indeed!!
