Pathetic TIH

One of their clients was responsible for an accident and they don’t want to take responsibility. They were willing to pay out 100% of the amount and when had my own assessment for damages on my vehicle done, they suddenly want to pay 80% since the damage is double what they initially thought. They are saying I had to take measures to prevent the accident. I gave them all the proof they needed that I was being vigilant and their client disregarded road safety rules. Pathetic, the lot of them. Pay us what you owe us! You do not even deserve 1 star
