Pathetic Service

I'm highly frustrated and disappointed at the service I have been getting -this is my second claim and it's not yet been resolved to my satisfactory. They do not provide the service they promise to deliver- Just looking at the reviews on this insurance- This can be a proven fact how unreliable and terrible service they give! Always giving me a hassles and finding loop holes to decline my claims. They even stooped so low to make me feel like a **** and Cheat! What's the sense of being a loyal customer?
