Pathetic ****mer Insurer

On the 27th of December 2023 while driving with my kids on Smit street in Braamfontein, approaching the M1 south exit I was driving on the left lane and a certain Sadiki was on my right (Fast Lane). We were both turning into M1 south from Smit street. while moving side by side, Sadiki made a sudden turn into my lane and bumped my vehicle, I hooted screamed and shouted.

Stopped my car, jumped out and asked her what the **** and she told me that she made an error and she's lost, as she was supposed to take the M1 north exit as she's going to PTA.

We called Metro police without luck, I then called my insurance King Price as she told me she was insured by 1st for Women (a TIH group member) and I literally knew that this was going to be a ****en long journey as all they know is collecting premiums and never want to pay for anything.

A list of million requirements which they could have been easily obtained by the TIH was sent to me, I submitted all those including pictures for assessment. Their assessor sent an assessment report for R33 611.98 which I was still not happy as the mirror alone for my VW Touareg is R24 000 at VW.

Then boom TIH tells me that they will only be paying R20000 which I need to pay tax from it and this is because I should have:

1. Hooted 2. Took all precautions to avoid Sadiki driving into me 3. I should have swerved

They went even further and sent me stupid case laws that doesn't have any resonance to what happened in my case but I was not surprised as I dealt with them before and I know how they operate when it comes to paying out a claim.

My 3rd party claim case was 1st assigned to an intern by the name of Mbali and then escalated to a call center promoted vershlin moodley, both you could easily detect that they are unable to apply their minds and have no ****en clue of what and where is Smit street & M1 South intersection, worse is this moodley (pathetic privileged indian) took 14 days to copy what poor mbali wrote in the name of further investigation
