PATHETIC
I have been emailing since 26 January 2023 with regards to an accident claim. Ms Theresa November requested the PDF document. This was done and forwarded and until today no reply or call from her. Left a message for a return call (holding on for 15 minutes listening to music). Any suggestions, should I get my lawyer involved?
