One of my worst experiences: Telesure Insurance

My vehicle was involved in an accident early December. It was parked on the side of the road when another vehicle crashed into it and sped off. Fortunately we were able to get the registration number for the offender.

Firstly they disputed the claim because the person who drove the car to the parking area was not the regular driver, I challenged that decision as it doesn't make much sense to me.

They then said they'll pay out a fraction of the claim and still keep my vehicle, not giving me an option to try and fix it.

Now it is mid April and my claim has still not been finalised by them through their adjudication process. It is endless stories upon endless stories with staff being sick etc. How is one meant to work without a vehicle for 4 months when the car was stationery when someone else crashed into it?

Do NOT take up any insurance with these people. They will frustrate you with their delay tactics.
