No response on claim and itc update

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I have a car insurance policy with dialdirect. I had called 2 weeks ago to request that the transunion be updates because it was last updated in December. I was promised that it will be updated. Up till now nothing has happened and non updates are affecting my credit score. Please update ot as soon as possible. At the same, i was sold a tyre and rim insurance, i did a claim 2 weeks ago. Submitted alk necessary document. Up till now nobody is responding to my follow up emails. I'm requesting that you cancel the trye and rim insurance and pay back all my premiums i paid to date as the policy is useless.</span></p>
