Negligence to property

Good day, policy number ***. Was involved in a MVA which may cliam was rejected so quick base on circumstantial evidence and witness which were not on the but the family members of the people I was involved in a MVA with. The scary part the people didn't even go to the police station to open a case but the insurance company ( Budget insurance & Telesure investment holdings) it's taking thier story. Fast forward to now, during I noticed my tracker is off which means the is no battery in the car or the battery is flat. Fast forward again, they need to bring back the car because cliam is rejected. I find my car in the worst state, No battery, my back seats and boot full of water and the top it off the driver side window is also gone. I don't understand how Telesure investment holdings are still in business while treating people like this?! I hope someone can do something about this. 3 weeks now waiting on feedback.
