My Claim Recovery (Policy ***) I am complaining about the unacceptable delay with my First for Women claim recovery (Policy ***) following my accident on 16 Sep 2024, where the third party admitted fault. It's now 14 Apr 2025 - seven months later - and Telesure (Mr. Glenton Sibisi), who is handling the recovery of my excess, reports zero progress. Despite my consistent follow-ups (every two weeks), I only get unproductive responses: no progress, escalation without result, third-party insurer unresponsive. I've received virtually no proactive updates, zero transparency, and no proof (like correspondence) that my recovery is being actively pursued. This poor service reflects badly on FfW and Telesure, forcing me to reconsider my policy. I require an urgent, detailed update by the end of this week, including: specific actions taken with dates, copies of correspondence sent to the third-party insurer, a clear plan with timelines, and confirmation of who in management is overseeing this.
