MONTHLY BATTLES

It's a battle to receive my excess from this company. Each time I need to call them in order for the excess to be released to me. How does that work? Aren't you guys supposed to call me and arrange? You guys need to sort out your systems. You come highly recommended by my insurance but you not doing right by the client
