MBALENHLE MASHININI I NEED MY EXCESS BACK

I am really disappointed in how the recovery of my excess has been handled. your claim will never be attended too until you call or complain!!! it has now been a year and i still have not been refunded. i asked over 6 months ago that my matter be referred for litigation, but someone decided to sit on my matter for months. it has now been over a month since my file was allocated to litigations and i am still getting the same feedback that my file is still being prep for an attorney. this is not acceptable. i sent emails to Mbalenhle Mashinini however she responds after ive sent 4 emails requesting feedback.
