Listed without any dealings with telesure investments
I was listed on ITC by telesure I have no knowledge of an account with them, no one even attempted to contact me, this is reflecting bad on my credit profile.

We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused to you.
We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused to you.
Telesure policies are a short-term insurance policies.
Telesure does not send any adverse information to credit bureaus. As a CPA member we are bound to send normal payment profile - this is used to determine a person's affordability.
We do not send negative ratings to the Credit Bureau's as insurance is billed in advance.
If the clients' insurance is not paid, the client will have no cover for that month.
