Dikeledi followed up on the information and complaints I provided during a follow up survey. She was extremely helpful and sorted my complaint out in only a few minutes...She was very friendly and kept to her promise of calling me back after I received the information which she said she would provide. Thank you DK for restoring my faith in insurance companies.
