Internal dispute of Teleinsure is a ****

Teleinsure is the worst when it comes to claims but the best when it comes to premium collections.

I have a claim from October which is not finalised even today. The internal disputes team is not useful at all- that team was just assembled just for compliance. The adjudicator will not even bother to give you any feedback.

The whole process has frustrated me enough, now i am in the position as someone who does not have an insurance.
