Insurance Claim

I was involved in a minor accident yesterday (02.02.2015). I called my insurance (First For Women) and was put through to Doctor. I tried calling the helpline yesterday after my accident and was taken through voice prompts until I gave up. When I called this morning I was irritated and ready to give the person at the other end of the line a piece of my mine. After telling Doctor about my issue, and about my failure to get through to them the day before, he managed to calm me down. He explained everything in a way that I was able to understand, and he was very patient. By the end of the call I was in a much better mood, with the accident drama feeling like it was just an unfortunate incindent as opposed to being the \end of life as I know it"! Thank you Doctor!
