Incredibly POOR service delivery from Budget Insurance

Incredibly poor service delivery from Budget Insurance. I have recently moved houses and called Budget to update my details. The staff was friendly and assisted me with changing my details however my premium then went up by R300 rand thou I am in a more secure area. After Speaking to someone who stays with me and is insured through budget as well. They said that their premium went down. Please could someone explain this to me ?

Further more I spoke to one of the consultants when trying to amend and bring down my monthly premium and was advised that i would need to pay a prorate amount of R207 because my premium went up and I was advised that the amount can be debited today or added to my next months debit order.

I chose for the amount to go off at the end of this month and all the amounts were confirmed yet i wake up to a debit order for the amount which went off my account this morning. Needless to say, I disputed the amount with my back and had it reversed as this was not what was agreed upon.

I am highly frustrated with Budget Insurance and their service has been appalling. It is absolutely frustrating dealing with this company.

To add on, I currently have a claim out with Budget for hail damage to my car. I have not yet once spoken to my claims consultant (Tyrelle Peters) due to him being busy every time I call and had messaged passed from one person to another to reach me.

Budget insurance is one of the worst insurers to be with and frustrating to deal with. They give you options and no matter which you choose, They still do whatever they want. Customer service out the window.
