I Sue for ******** conduct and property damaged

Hello Peter<br> Few days ago I posted my complain about the above mentioned insurance company that they must claim back my money from Wilro Park Motors for negligence and malicious damaged my vehicle.<br> My case is not prescribed as they claim it is, Belinda Thereon and Catherine the legal advice of insurance are much involved as last year December 2014,I personally confronted them. Please intervene.The insurance should have invoked the Provision of Section 57 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and pursued the Wilro Park. State Section 57.The insurance self acted ******** by refusing to released my vehicle as they instructed me to do so on the 26/4/2011 or repaired Pothole damages, the insurance could have claimed back from JRA. Claim No: JRA/3311.The insurance maliciously damages my car by instructed their third party to do so.I am entitled for the new car and be compensated for inconvenience caused. A Service provider warrants for a period of 3 months or longer after date of installation,new or reconditioned part, or repair or maintenance work as well as the labour provided.\ Insurance company violated that consumer's rights through it's service provider
