Horrific Telesure

I am beyond livid. I took out an insurance policy with telesure group through b sure Africa as I was referred to them by a dealer a few days before the lock down. I did not fetch the car as yet and managed to call them days in advance to inform them before debit day and spoke to a Sharon who promised to call me before the scheduled date so we can move the date forward even though I told her the situation and she never called and auto and general debited either way. I called them and had my bank reverse the transaction. Same thing for April after speaking to another consultant who introduced herself as an agent from 1st for women and later tried to explain that it's a system error but it's still the same group of insurers but came 27th April they debited again and I had to freak my bank to reverse the payment. But what really makes me so ****ed off is the fact that TELESURE GROUP is now apping on my credit report. I don't owe you a dim, there's nothing to insure and after so much effort and speaking to so many consultants this is what happens?!
